# The Social Security Contributions (Intermediaries) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 6: Amendments to the principal Regulations


(1) In regulation 8—
(a) in paragraph (2) for “6A” substitute “8”;
(b) in paragraph (5) after sub-paragraph (c) add—
“(d) the company ceasing to trade.”.
