  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 13th March 2000\nLaid before Parliament 13th March 2000\nComing into force 6th April 2000\nThe Treasury, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 4A, 122(1) and 175(1A), (2) to (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and the Commissioners of Inland Revenue, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 8(1)(m) of the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:",
