  "text": "In this Part—\n“arrangements” means the arrangements referred to in regulation 6(1)(b);\n“client” shall be construed in accordance with regulation 6(1)(b);\n“intermediary” has the meaning given by regulation 5; and\n“worker” means the individual referred to in regulation 6(1)(a).",
