  "text": "As regards compulsory coverage, subject to the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 5, where a person works as an employed person in the territory of one Party and as a self-employed person in the territory of the other Party and in case that person would otherwise be subject to the legislation of both Parties for the same period, that person shall be subject only to the legislation of the Party in whose territory that person is ordinarily resident.",
