  "text": "Where, but for regulation 91 of the 1975 Regulations ceasing to have effect on 6th April 1977 (the date on which section 130(2) of the Social Security Act 1975 was repealed) an election made under that regulation before that date would have continued to have effect on that date, that election shall be treated as made under regulation 127 and this Case shall apply accordingly.",
