  "text": "Where on one or more occasions the whole or any part of a person’s earnings in respect of employed earner’s employment is not paid weekly (whether or not it is treated for the purpose of earnings-related contributions as paid weekly), paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Act (Class 1 contributions where more than one employment) shall have effect as if for the references to “week” there were substituted references to “ earnings period ”.",
