  "heading": "Establishments and organisations of which Her Majesty’s forces are taken to consist",
  "text": "Except in relation to the employment in any of the establishments or organisations specified in Part I of Schedule 6 of any person specified in Part II of that Schedule, Her Majesty’s forces shall, for the purpose of the Act, be taken to consist of the establishments and organisations specified in Part I of that Schedule, and this Case shall be construed accordingly.",
