  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations specify the disability additional payment day for the purpose of the disability additional payments under section 5 of the Social Security (Additional Payments) Act 2023 (“the Act”).\nThe specified day is 1st April 2023. As provided for by section 5(4) of the Act, this falls before the day on which these Regulations come into force.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, public or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
