  "text": "These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Amendment Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 31st July 1996, immediately following the coming into force of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance and Claims and Payments) Amendment Regulations 1996.",
