  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThe Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991 (S.I. 1991/2890) are further amended so that persons over the age of 65 are no longer able to claim disability living allowance.\nThese Regulations do not impose a charge on business.",
