# The Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Amendment Regulations 1997, Regulation 2: Amendment of regulation 3 of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991


In regulation 3 of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991 (age 65 or over)—
(a) in paragraph (1), for the word “, where—” there shall be substituted “if he is a person to whom paragraphs (2) and (3) apply.”; and
(b) sub-paragraphs (a) to (d) of paragraph (1) shall be omitted.
