  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend regulation 9 of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991.\nSection 12 of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 was amended by the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 and no longer applies to those aged under 18 years. Regulation 2 replaces the references by references to the appropriate sub-paragraphs of section 93(4)(a) of the 1995 Act (which do relate to those under 18 years of age).\nThese Regulations do not impose any costs on business.",
