Regulation 3 Revocations and savings

the principal Regulations shall have effect for the purposes of the ascertainment of a person’s earnings factors in respect of any year before 6th April 1987 as if these Regulations had not been made; and

regulation 1 of those Regulations shall continue to have effect with the omission from paragraph (2) of the definition of“contributions” and the inclusion after that paragraph of the paragraph (3) inserted by regulation 2(2)(b) of the Social Security (Earnings Factor) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1987.
