  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987 to enable a claim to be made by electronic communication for attendance allowance, disability living allowance, graduated retirement benefit, retirement pension and shared additional pension.\nArticle 2 amends regulation 4ZC of, and Schedule 9ZC to, the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987 to include the five benefits.\nA full regulatory impact assessment has not been provided for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business.",
