  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 3rd April 1975\nLaid before Parliament 4th April 1975\nComing into Operation 6th April 1975\nThe Secretary of State for Social Services, in conjunction with the Treasury, in exercise of powers conferred upon her by paragraphs 7 and 9 of Schedule 3 to the Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1975 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following regulations:—",
