# The Social Security Finance (Transitional) Regulations 1975, Regulation 5: Continuance of sections of the Health Service Contributions Act


Sections 1(4) (payment of contributions towards cost of health service), 2(1)—(3) and (7) (collection, etc of contributions), 3 (application of contributions), 4 (expenses) and 5 (financial adjustments with Northern Ireland and Isle of Man) of the Health Service Contributions Act shall continue in force.
