Article 2 Appointed days

The days appointed for the coming into force of section 16 of the Act (offence of failing to notify a change of circumstances)—

(a)

for the purpose only of authorising the making of regulations is 26th September 2001; and

(b)

for all other purposes is 18th October 2001.
