  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides for the coming into force of sections 7 to 13 of the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 (which provides for loss of benefit where benefit offences are committed). Sections 7 to 11 and 13 are commenced for the purposes of making regulations on 17th November 2001 and for all other purposes on 1st April 2002. Section 12, which makes consequential changes, is commenced on 1st April 2002.\nThis Order does not impose a charge on business.",
