# The Social Security Fraud Act 2001 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2002, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2002.
(2) In this Order references to “the Act” are to the Social Security Fraud Act 2001.
