Regulation 31 Priority of title to allowance or allowances under section 70

Where in respect of the same death each of 2 or more persons satisfies the conditions of section 70 for the receipt of an allowance in respect of the same child, the person entitled to the allowance shall, as between such persons, be determined subject to the provisions of paragraph 1(c) of Schedule 9 to the Act in accordance with the order of priority specified in Schedule 8 to these regulations.
