  "heading": "RATE OF DISABLEMENT PENSION PAYABLE IN LIEU OF DISABLEMENT GRATUITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATION 18",
  "text": "Where the degree of disablement is as specified in column (1) of the following table, the weekly rate of the pension shall be determined in accordance with column (2) of that table:—\nDegree of disablement\nRate of pension\n(1)\n(2)\nless than 20 per cent but not less than 16 per cent\nthe appropriate weekly amount of disablement pension payable in respect of a degree of disablement of 20 per cent as specified in paragraph 3 of Part V of Schedule 4 to the Act;\nless than 16 per cent but not less than 11 per cent\n75 per cent of the appropriate weekly amount of disablement pension payable in respect of a degree of disablement of 20 per cent as specified in the said paragraph 3;\nless than 11 per cent but not less than 6 per cent\n50 per cent of the appropriate weekly amount of disablement pension payable in respect of a degree of disablement of 20 per cent as specified in the said paragraph 3;\nless than 6 per cent\n25 per cent of the appropriate weekly amount of disablement pension payable in respect of a degree of disablement of 20 per cent as specified in the said paragraph 3;\na fraction of a penny, being for this purpose treated as a penny.",
