# The Social Security (General Benefit) Regulations 1982, Paragraph 2


The amount of any gratuity payable by way of death benefit to any other beneficiary who is a parent within the meaning of section 71 or is a relative shall not exceed 104 times the said weekly rate of the contributions to such beneficiary's maintenance.
