# The Social Security (Gibraltar) Order 2024, Article 3: Variation of Order


The Family Allowances, National Insurance and Industrial Injuries (Gibraltar) Order 1974 is varied in accordance with Article 65 of the Agreement (relationship with the 1974 Exchange of Letters), so far as the Order relates to England and Wales and Scotland.
