# The Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) Amendment Regulations 2005, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) Amendment Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 7th February 2005.
(2) In these Regulations, “the 2003 Regulations” means the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) Regulations 2003.
