# The Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) (Amendment) Regulations 2009, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 26th October 2009.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the 2000 Regulations” means the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews) Regulations 2000;
“the 2001 Regulations” means the Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2001;
“the 2002 Regulations” means the Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2002; and
“the principal Regulations” means the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) Regulations 2008.
