# The Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) Regulations 2008, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 15th December 2008.
