  "text": "In section 93 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (dependency increases on termination of employment after period of entitlement to disability working allowance)—\n(a) for paragraph (a) substitute—\n“(a) a person becomes entitled—\n(i) to the higher rate of short-term incapacity benefit, or to long-term incapacity benefit, by virtue of section 30C(5) or (6) or section 42 above, or\n(ii) to severe disablement allowance by virtue of section 68(10) or (10A) above; and”;\n(b) in paragraph (b) and the closing words for “pension or\" (four times) substitute “ benefit or ”.",
