# Social Security (Incapacity for Work) Act 1994, Paragraph 41

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Schedule 7 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (industrial injuries benefits) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 3 (restriction on increase of unemployability supplement)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (2) omit “or an invalidity pension"; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (3) omit “or invalidity pension".
