  "text": "(1) The enactments mentioned in Schedule 1 have effect subject to the amendments specified there which are consequential on the provisions of this Act.\nPart I contains amendments of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992; and\nPart II contains amendments of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 and certain other enactments.\n(2) The enactments mentioned in Schedule 2 are repealed to the extent specified.",
