Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) Amendment Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 10th April 2006.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) (General) Regulations 1995^f1.
