  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations further amend the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) (General) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/311) so that the weekly earnings limit which must not be exceeded if work is to be treated as exempt work is increased from £46.50 to £48.00.\nThese Regulations do not impose a charge on business.",
