# The Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order 1996, Article 2: Increase of earnings limits in respect of dependent children


In paragraph 4 of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992—
(a) in sub-paragraph (4)(a) for the amount of £125 there shall be substituted the amount of £130; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (4)(b) for the amounts of £16 and £125 there shall be substituted the amounts of £17 and £130 respectively.
