  "text": "In paragraph 4 of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (4)(a) for the amount of £135 there shall be substituted the amount of £140;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (4)(b) for the amounts of £17 and £135 there shall be substituted the amounts of £18 and £140 respectively.",
