  "text": "In paragraph 4 of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (4)(a), for the amount of £145 there shall be substituted the amount of £150;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (4)(b), for the amounts of £19 and £145 respectively there shall be substituted the amounts of £20 and £150 respectively.",
