Coming into force 9th April 2001
The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 175(1) to (4) of, and paragraph 4(5) of Schedule 7 to, the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
