Coming into force 8th April 2002
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 175(1) and (3) of, and paragraph 4(5) of Schedule 7 to, the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
