  "text": "In paragraph 4(4) of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992—\n(a) in paragraph (a), for the amount of £160 there shall be substituted the amount of £165, and\n(b) in paragraph (b), for the amount of £20 there shall be substituted the amount of £21 and for the amount of £160 there shall be substituted the amount of £165.",
