# The Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order 2006, Article 2: Increase of earnings limits in respect of dependent children and qualifying young persons


In paragraph 4(4) of Schedule 7 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992—
(a) in paragraph (a), for the amount “£170” substitute the amount “£175”; and
(b) in paragraph (b), for the amount “£22” substitute the amount “£23” and for the amount “£170” substitute the amount “£175”.
