# The Social Security (Information-sharing in relation to Welfare Services etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 2: Amendments to the Social Security (Information-sharing in relation to Welfare Services etc.) Regulations 2012


(1) The Social Security (Information-sharing in relation to Welfare Services etc.) Regulations 2012 are amended as follows.
(2) In the heading to Part 3 after “IN RELATION TO WELFARE SERVICES” insert “OR HOUSING BENEFIT”.
(3) In regulation 6(1) (holding purposes) after “in relation to welfare services” insert “or housing benefit”.
