# The Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Amendment Regulations 1991, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976


In regulation 8(1) of the Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976(circumstances in which a person is or is not to be treated as gainfully employed) for the sum of “£20” in each place where it occurs, there shall be substituted the sum of “£30”.
