Regulation 2 Amendment of the Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976
In regulation 8(1) of the Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976f1 (circumstances in which a person is or is not to be treated as gainfully employed), for the sum of “£40” in each place where it occurs there shall be substituted the sum of “£50”.
