Regulation 20 Amendment of the Social Security Benefit (Persons Abroad) Regulations 1975

In the Social Security Benefit (Persons Abroad) Regulations 1975^f1, after regulation 10A, added to those regulations by regulation 10 of the Mobility Allowance Regulations 1975^f2, there shall be added the following regulation:—

“Modification of the Act in relation to invalid care allowance

A person shall not be disqualified for receiving an invalid care allowance by reason of being absent from Great Britain.”.
