# The Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance)Amendment Regulations 1990, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976


In regulation 8(1) of the Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976 (circumstances in which a person is or is not to be treated as gainfully employed) for the sum of £12 in each place where it occurs, there shall be substituted the sum of £20.
