  "text": "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade presents its compliments to the British High Commission and has the honour to acknowledge receipt of the High Commission’s Note No. 20/97 of 1997 February 25 , notifying completion by the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland of its constitutional and administrative requirements necessary for the implementation of the Convention on Social Security and the Protocol thereto between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of Jamaica signed at London on 1996 November 12.",
