# The Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2001, Regulation 12: Circumstances where regulation 11 does not apply


The consequences of a failure to take part in an interview set out in regulation 11 shall not apply where the person—
(a) ceases to reside in an area specified in Schedule 1; or
(b) attains the age of 60.
