  "text": "The consequences of a failure to take part in an interview set out in regulation 12 shall not apply where—\n(a) he is no longer required to take part in an interview as a condition for continuing to be entitled to the full amount of benefit which is payable apart from these Regulations; or\n(b) the person attains pensionable age.",
