# The Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2002, Paragraph 1


For regulation 6A(5) of the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987 (claims by persons subject to work-focused interviews) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(5) In regulation 4 and this regulation, “work-focused interview” means an interview which a person is required to take part in under the Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2002.”.
