# The Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2002, Paragraph 3


For the definition of “designated authority” in regulation 1(2) of the Child Support (Maintenance Assessment Procedure) Regulations 1992 , there shall be substituted the following definition—
““designated authority” means—
(a) the Secretary of State;
(b) a person providing services to the Secretary of State;
(c) a local authority;
(d) a person providing services to, or authorised to exercise any functions of, any such authority;”.
