Regulation 2 Amendment of the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987

Regulation 21AA of the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987^f1 (special cases: supplemental – persons from abroad) is amended as follows.

At the end of paragraph (4)(i), omit “or”.

At the end of paragraph (4)(j), insert “; or” and the following sub-paragraph—

“(k)

a person in Great Britain who left Lebanon on or after 12th July 2006 because of the armed conflict there.”.
