# The Social Security (Lebanon) Amendment Regulations 2006, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996


(1) Regulation 85A of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996 (special cases: supplemental – persons from abroad) is amended as follows.
(2) At the end of paragraph (4)(i), omit “or”.
(3) At the end of paragraph (4)(j), insert “; or” and the following sub-paragraph—
“(k) a person in Great Britain who left Lebanon on or after 12th July 2006 because of the armed conflict there.”.
